Breakfast was definitely... different. Rooms could have been cleaner. One wall in the bathroom looked as though it had never been wiped down and the tile in the entry of the room was not mopped well. Everything else was great. the night desk receptionists were so awesome. The younger girls in the morning seemed less enthusiastic.
I love the atmosphere. The building looks as though it's structural integrity might be wearing down from the looks of the ceiling. Nor much parking that's close to the building though.
Btw! I found a man's wedding ring in the lint catcher of the 1rst dryer on 1/09/25 it looked like it had been In there a while. I heard some girl claimed it was hers. Which I doubt. But who knows.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The air conditioning is perfect, I appreciated that on a day of 100 plus temps. Breakfast is delicious and customer service is excellent. The hotel room is spacious, comfortable and modern. We will definitely be staying here again.

I checked in at this location via the app and my room wasn't ready at 3:00 pm. They moved me to a room that was ready and the door to the shower was missing they had a shower curtain up inside the shower. This allowed the floor to get wet from the shower. The TV didn't work at all and the maintenance person was not available for my stay. The a/c unit made humming noises off and on. When I checked in the person at the front didn't apologize for the issue of me not being able to use the digital card, instead asked me to wait an hour and see if it worked Really... The manager never called me like I was told they would regarding the issues I experienced. Not a good experience at this hotel, I've stayed at other Hiltons properties without any issues, this one was not their best property.

So disappointed in this hotel. About half of the items at breakfast weren’t available and the attendant commented they left her with very little to stock the breakfast bar with. What made our experience even worse was being informed that check out was 11, not 12 as clearly stated on our hotel door AND reservation. Upon calling the front desk to ask for a later check out I was informed that 12pm check out was for Hilton honors members only even though it’s not mentioned ANYWHERE on the door. The front desk worker said the door was wrong (what?!) and that it’s always been 11…. What a frustrating FALSE ADVERTISING! She informed me she couldn’t control it and it’s so people would sign up for Hilton’s honors (again… nowhere does it say that). I told her she should tell the owner that’s not right. I’ll never stay at this hotel again, this is ridiculous when it’s clearly stated it’s 12 ON the door of their property.

Pool closed. Fitness room not fully functional. The button to flush the toilet was missing. Less than a full roll of toilet paper. The AC is very loud. Used the app for check in so no comments on staff or service. We had intended to extend for a second night on the drive in to town, but based on condition, we will spend tomorrow night elsewhere. Disappointed that this is the way my birthday weekend getaway has begun.

The staff at this hotel were incredible welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and costumer service. I will be back (:

Such a great hotel. Super clean and friendly staff. We stayed in the suite and it had plenty of room for my daily of 6Shout out to Ms. Ever at the front desk who got my family a late checkout so they could swim. I will definitely be returning for another stay. Best stay in Lubbock.

Doors are broken, pool is brown, bathroom is covered in soap scum. Even the coffee was terrible and the carafe was dirty. If you have a room booked, cancel or book a new hotel. It’s more of a Motel 6 than a Hilton.
