Modern hotel is very clean, comfy beds, overpriced breakfast, pleasant staff. No true business center, shell fireplace in lobby doesn't function, only ONE useable outlet by bed and I needed a charger and medical device plugged in, little store had over 50% booze and chips! No free coffee/tea offered in afternoon and evening but they did have packaged cookies in late morning as we were leaving. Signage on building was missing and location tucked back in obscure location. Overall not Hilton quality and would not stay again.

Hotel is definitely in need of an update. Walking down the halls you could see that the doors to the rooms didn't close properly. Light shown around the door jams. We had to push hard on our door to get it to open or close. There was a smell throughout the hotel like they were trying to mask an odor. Not the typical Hilton experience.

This hotel was fine. But what made it great was the customer service from Linda in the hotel restaurant and Guy at the front desk. Linda was there every morning with a smile on her face and serving breakfast with a smile. I checked in late to the hotel and Guy was quick to get me in my room. I asked him during the check in process if they had a little convenience store as I needed to get a tooth brush and tooth paste. He pulled out a complimentary toothbrush and paste. I then jokingly asked if he had some hairspray back there and he offered me his personal travel bottle and let me use it the next morning so I could get to work on time. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn!

This may not be the typical review for a hotel, but I wanted show my appreciation for the great service we received. To the hotel managers and higher ups: PLEASE recognize the hard work and wonderful service this young woman showed. She deserves all the kudos! Here goes:
On September 29, 2024, at around 9:35pm, my husband and I were taking a coworker back to his room at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Englewood, CO. He was traveling from Kansas, and became physically unable to walk. My husband and I did our best, but it was almost impossible to move him without help. I ran to the front desk, and the young lady there kindly listened to my story. I explained to her that we might need someone to help bring our coworker to his room. She suggested great ideas, and even helped us with our task. She displayed great interpersonal skills, dedication to the guest, and went above and beyond to help us accomplish our task. She declined our tip, and she graciously accepted our profuse thanks for her physical strength, time, and attention. If it wasn't for her, I don't think we could have managed to fix the situation ourselves. We want everyone to know that while many hotels have helpful staff, not many would have stepped up and helped like she did. We owe her many many thanks. This hotel is wonderful, and even though we didn't stay, we noted that this is a place we would book if the occasion arises. Thank you! Highly recommended.

This hotel is old and dusty. I was irritated that there were crumbs on the floor in the room. The bathroom door has residue dried drippings on it. The shower curtain has mildew.
I asked for an extra blanket and I received a dirty blanket. The towels are old and worn.
The gentleman that checked me in at the front desk was courteous however his dress shirt looked so wrinkled that I thought it was a joke. Appearances matter in the hospitality industry.
The toilets are outdated and need to be replaced. Lastly there was only one elevator working for my entire week stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

I was on a work trip for 12 nights and after night 5 decided to check-out early. ||Hotel rooms are dirty, run down, with uncomfortable worn out beds and loud air conditioners. Housekeeping is supposed to be every other day, but in the five nights there my room was serviced once. On the second day of my room not being serviced, I asked the front desk and rather than getting an apology or correction, I was treated with rudeness. ||The next day, after not getting the room cleaned during the day, I asked again and just got an apathetic response from the manager who was at the front desk. While towels were brought up, it was too late. I called and booked another hotel in the area for the rest of my work trip. As I left, the manager was unapologetic and passive aggressively charged me for the night as it was in the afternoon and they wouldn’t be able to clean the room and place it into service. I brought up the fact the hotel has a satisfaction guranteee, the manager told me that did not like my demeanor, refused to check out the room, and did not print receipts when requested. Including this stay, I’ve spent 40 nights so far at Hilton properties this year so far and have never been treated with such disrespect anywhere. ||My coworker traveling on the same trip left the next day to avoid being charged after having the same issues with the hotel. The breakfast is $18, bar is open a few hours each night, but there is no food service in the evenings and not much walking distance. There are much better hotels in the area that are cleaner and offer more amenities at the same price point.

This was my first time at a Hilton and won’t be my last!

Check in was easy and just as quick as checkout. Both staff members I interacted with were awesome and helpful.

The room was gorgeous and so clean! The bathroom was spacious and could probably use a little upgrade as far as some rust spots and the shower curtain being stained.

The bed and pillows alone get 5 stars! I couldn’t believe how comfortable it was! I felt like I was sleeping at home. I have never wanted to stay in a hotel bed and not get up!

The breakfast looked and smelled delicious and seemed well priced at $18. However I skipped it because of my plans for the day. The little snack area was also nicely priced and easily accessible.

I am sad I didn’t get to try out the fire pits outside but they are definitely cute for a little nightcap. Maybe next time!

Overall great stay I would definitely stay here again!

The room was marginal for a 3 star hotel. Loud AC from another room kept me up all night. The elevators were broken for most of our stay. The toilet seat was way too low to the floor. Water is $3/bottle but there's a Target across the freeway where you can get a small case of water for $3. The TV didn't have a guide so you have no idea what you are and can watch. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. There was plenty of parking but could be a problem when occupancy is high. There was only one decent bath towel. The place was clean and maintained. There was no included breakfast, but there is cook-to-order for common breakfast items. The breakfast buffet is $16. I ordered an egg, a sausage and one french toast a la carte and that came to $16, too, so get the buffet or go out to breakfast to Snooze or Moze.
