One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The hotel was in a nice part of town. Easy access to the freeway. Every expectation about the cleanliness of the hotel was met. The room was spacious. The bed was perfectly comfortable. The kitchenette had a small fridge and single use coffee brewer with coffee kits. The bathroom had a shampoo dispenser and body wash dispensers too. I was able to check in late with no problem due to a snow storm that hit the area that which saved the day.

I stayed at this location in July and the experience was great. Since I am relocating to the area, I decided to stay here for three days so I can work a couple shifts at the salon and find an apartment on my day off. The biggest issue I experienced is that I noticed the homeless parking in the back of the hotel, and I came across someone urinating behind his car in broad daylight. I called the Lone Tree dispatch and in about 10 minutes, two officers showed up. They arrested the person because he had outstanding warrants in South Dakota. This happened Saturday morning and on Sunday night, the same person they arrested is parked in the same spot and sleeping in his car. I am checking out Monday morning and I will NEVER refer anyone to stay at this location for safety reasons. I would like to add that the front desk does not wear a uniform or wear name tags which makes it hard to know who actually works here. I only mention this because upon checking in on Friday night and what I experienced with this person, I have little confidence in the staff. I was concerned about my safety because he called my room twice and one call was to ask if I had a husband. Now that I think about it, maybe someone was watching me from the parking lot and trying to get a room key. |I just hope this location can make some changes so it's consistent with other Hampton Inn & Suites.

Room was clean and had probably the best freebies (shampoo, conditioner, etc) I've used in a hotel in ages. Breakfast was good (standard spread) and parking was easy. Location was good for us, as all of our business was on the south side of Denver and this hotel has pretty easy freeway access.

Hotel/room was clean & we were fortunate to have a room on the opposite side of the interstate. 🙂 Didn't encounter staff much. They weren't visible at the front desk when we were at breakfast the two days we had breakfast there. The white bread for toast was great & there was always juice available. Enjoyed the smaller waffle option! Unfortunately, the eggs (both days) & potatoes were luke warm. The oatmeal tasted pastey the first day & the second day was so thick it was hard to off the spoon. The pound cake was really dry. Did appreciate the ice water & fresh fruit being available at any time!

Overall, the hotel was very clean and in good condition. I also had to extend my stay, and Katherine was very helpful while I was figuring that out. I didn't love that if your room faces the main road, you can hear loud vehicles every time they drive by, but it wasn't unbearable.

Rooms were clean but the bed is outdated. It's very lumpy and worn out. My preference is a hard bed. It's time to replace new mattress. Also breakfast was just ok for complimentary. I just drank free coffee. Overall it's nice and quiet location and parking is free. It's tucked away and there is no local restraunts or mini market near if you need quick needs.

1st time we stayed because its convient to go to Skyridge hospital because my husband was having surgery the following morning.room was cold called maintenance got heat working immediately very professional maintenance man .20 min later the heat went off blowing cold air again ,temperature outside 24 degrees with my husband health issues he is cold more so than a healthy person .he was under blankets very cold and called I called maintenance again and he said the furnance out of wack(really) and offered us another room we were both tired and my husband freezing and feeling anxiety and lack of mobility did not want another room he cant walk more than few steps , he wanted to sleep, and be rested for his surgery ,maintenance man asked if more blankets would help I said yes and he brought us 2 blankets.my husband did not sleep at all and he was cold and the heat would come on for maybe 5-8min than cold air like an ac u would want/ need in summer we left in the morning and my husband didn't sleep at all and was not rested for his surgery very stressful !

Our room was ready early and very clean. Very clean fitness room too, with well-maintained machines and weights. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and accidentally left some items behind. The staff was gracious when we called about shipping them back to us, and they promptly arrived only a few days after we called. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Lone Tree area!
