Easy to find by the highway. Checking in was easy. They have a small concession area by the desk with snacks and a good size lobby/breakfast area. The pool was closed, but I wasn't swimming anyway. My room was clean, including the bathroom. There are several places to eat within walking distance to the hotel too. My room key worked fine to get into my room, but when I went to eat and come back it didn't. The gentleman at the desk quickly solved the problem. Not much scenery from the window, but I'm here for business

Had billing issues: credit card on file from my insurance company was for payment on the room stay& my card was just for incidentals hold. My card was charged for the entire stay. Called front desk did a refund & charged my card again. I called another time and front desk charged me again and refunded it. I had 3 charges on my bank account with 2 refunds. There is still a charge on my account for my stay and they have billed the credit card for insurance & received payment. I spoke with manager she said she couldn't do anything so I've requested to speak with the regional manager since this is unacceptable. Front desk said they didn't know who their regional manager was. There was no fresh fruit at breakfast, juice machine was out of order, waffle maker was out of order, no hot water to make tea or hot chocolate packets there. Some Market items were empty, cookies were good, staff was nice, did find hair in bathroom and room had a bit of a smell. Billing issue still unresolved. Hot tub didn't work

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend. It was absolutely awful for what we paid. Our room smelled like feet. I asked the hotel staff if they possibly had another room, only to be told they were completely booked. The lady at the front desk handed me a bottle of febreeze instead. We are Hilton Honors members, one night away from Diamond status. I've also been in the travel industry for years.

The rooms were old and run down. The tub had rust stains, the bathroom wallpaper was peeling, and there was questionable substances on the walls. The carpet in front of the door was so chewed up. Breakfast was an absolute joke. Their beverage machine was out of order. The hallways were humid, they kept the door propped open by the indoor pool, even though the pool was "closed."

There were several families also in town for family weekend at Texas Tech. They were so loud, the staff didn't make any effort to ask them to be courteous to other guests. There were kids riding the luggage carts in the entrance.

We paid $733 for a Friday to Sunday stay. I'm so disappointed in Hilton. It felt more like Motel 6. Do better.

This was for a quick trip back to Lubbock and this Hampton was perfect. First I called ahead and talked to Sabrina at the front desk. I told her we were going to be a little early for our reservation, and she assured me that would be okay. When we checked in Sabrina had selected the perfect room for our needs. Also, she had warm cookies at the front desk. The young man on the evening shift was just very polite and professional as well. This location was near our old neighborhood, so it made it feel like coming home. Thank you so much!

The rooms and decor are dated. The corridors are tight for a luggage cart. The room is tight if someone is sitting at the desk. The bed is ok. Not truly uncomfortable. The rooms are really clean and the staff is wonderful. Close to Texas Tech.

Great hotel for a long stay. Zakari (Sales Director) is very customer service focused and took care of my bookings and the staff, Andre and Becky were great too !
I am an early riser - up at 4:00am, and the team always made sure there was fresh decaf for me. One morning while pouring my coffee, there was Zakari, working the overnight shift and stocking the beverages and food items. Very hard worker and dedicated employee. This is the type of hotel I want to stay at !!

Incredible service!! We stayed here for a last minute stay and they easily and smoothly booked me and my kiddos in at 11pm when a hotel down the road was a terrible experience and we left after an hour. They were so kind and helpful and even gave me a discount because I had such a rough night at the previous hotel. True angels at the Hampton! We loved our stay from start to finish and we will always be staying here from now on. Plus they have Texas shaped waffles and the kids love them (mom does too)

Booked last minute for college move in week. The front desk staff was the friendliest! The room was nice and clean and breakfast was delicious. We will be back!
