We were there to hold a meeting of our management team. The rooms in the hotel were nice, and things were pretty quiet even though the hotel was currently going through a renovation. The conference room we met in was very nice, and the setup was very conducive for our meetings. Our service was very good throughout our stay, with the hotel being very accommodating with us regarding the meeting space. The location was also very nice as there were numerous restaurants available within walking distance as well as the lakeside village which offered more restaurants and additional places to walk.

Great service, friendly staff. Hotel is a bit older and could use a little updating but it is clean. Elevator has been out of order for a bit but they have a second one.

Our room was nice and clean, and the man at the front desk who checked us in was very polite. He gave my partner and I some suggestions for things to do in the area and recommended some lovely shops behind the hotel. I do wish the coffee shop in the lobby would have stayed open for a little bit longer, but the staff made me a coffee even after closing which I am so grateful for! I would definitely recommend staying here! They were even kind enough to offer to mail us our manatee stuffy we'd left behind, which I cannot commend them enough for!! Thank you all for your hard work ?

Charging $4.50 for a bottle of water is absurd and not having free coffee in the morning when you pay more than $700 for 6 days is also absurd. It would be really nice if you cleaned all of the ash off of the patio area around the pool. The same nasty sticky, gunk, and cigarette ash has been all over the sitting area since I arrived five days ago. At least blow it off or something.

The room was nice, quiet, and recently updated. We stayed for a night for a race the next morning. The coffee maker in our room did not work and there was no free coffee in the lobby. Thankfully there is a Starbucks a short walk. We did not go to the pool but our room looked over it and it looked nice and clean. Staff was friendly and polite.

Dark parking lot, construction on front door looked dark and scary pulling up. Room smelled odd. Bathroom was not cleaned that well. Staff was nice enough and prompt with attention.

No cleaning service on our 2nd day, AC would not get cold enough, large gap under entry door allowed huge roach to enter the room, we saw it from the bathroom! The pool was full of leaves and dead bugs like the skimmer was turned off. Construction outside the main entryway. Two different signs outside, one saying Residence Inn the other Courtyard. Very unhappy with Marriott, and we are Marriott owners.
