First and foremost, this place is so overpriced. We had a four night stay and the room was 145+ per night, which includes absolutely nothing. You have to pay separately for parking and for breakfast and it's not like it's a few dollars, it's $11 per day to park in the parking garage owned by the hotel. And then they charge you eight dollars for a reheated breakfast sandwich in their lobby.
All of the food prices were astronomical for low quality, 7-Eleven level food. In the room you just get a couple of packets of cheap, nasty coffee, no real creamer, all powdered garbage. The rooms were clean and comfortable but that's not difficult to find. Not to mention the fact that on his last morning there he was awoken by the fire alarm causing everybody in the building to evacuate around 6 AM, he was unable to take a shower or access his room again before having to come to the hospital. No apologies were extended, no amenities extended to the guest to make up for this inconvenience. Really disappointed and pretty surprised that this is a Marriott hotel. Will not stay again.

definitely the worst experience i’ve had at a hotel. my room was infested with flies that buzzed around my head as i slept and followed me to the bathroom. the bathroom had urine stains all over the walls (photos attached) and the room i stayed in was generally filthy. despite the problems with the room, i did not complain. i called down to the front desk to ask for a spare blanket and they said i had to come down and get it myself after making the request. there was no water in my room (besides water from the tap) and when i went down to the front to ask for a bottle of water, the receptionist rolled her eyes and shoved a bottle in my face without saying anything and went right back to a phone conversation with a friend. there were buttons on the phone in my room labeled “room service” and “house keeping”, so i dialed for room service — all buttons directed me to the front desk, which was confusing, and i was told they don’t offer room service. i went down to the “bar” area to order food and bring it up to my room, the food was inedible (how do you mess up a burger). since there was no water for guests on the property, i didn’t feel comfortable asking for another bottle from the front desk staff due to the way i was treated before, so i went down the hall to the ice machine only to find it broken. when i brought this up in passing with the front desk staff as i was leaving for the day, they said “why not just go to another floor and get ice there?”. the ice machine on my floor remained broken throughout my stay (i told them it was broken on the first day and i stayed 4 nights). lastly, they did not service my room a single time i was staying. i understand the desire to cut down on costs, but why are you charging me $100+ a night for a room that wasn’t clean when i checked in and remained dirty throughout my stay? super unfortunate situation and i can not in good conscience recommend anyone i care about to stay here. really really awful.

The employees were rude and could not cook food at the bistro. There were people constantly moving and making noise all day and night long above us. Paper thin walls. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in years. There was a crack head in the hotel lobby as well.

This place is strange. There was no closet in the room, so no iron, ironing board etc. |Check in was horrible, girl was on the phone so long, I had to use the restroom and when I returned she was sill explaining the check in process to someone i bet 1/2hr, i could discern here describing the benefits of Expedia. Verses other services while she say me standing there. Finally I said, is there someone else? Crazy.

Absolutely terrible as a Marriott brand. The room was not clean. The used coffee stuff from previous guests was not removed ( see pictures). Lots of debris on the floor probably pet hair. Front desk staff was very rude, I had to greet her and thank her for her service!!! Also they charge you for parking. Not a good value for your money.

I stayed here for a few days while attending a conference at Denver Children's.

I found it to be comfortable and enjoyable. Good space and a few amenities nearby.

Staff was friendly too.

I've stayed here on two occasions already, and both were extended stays. I'm a platinum member, and I've been an ambassador member in the past, and I've stayed at probably over a hundred hotels, mostly marriot.

I've enjoyed my time here, hence the second stay.

The staff are a bit quirky but very friendly and have never been disrespectful to me. When I say "friendly," I mean that they felt like friends by the time I left. I had really gotten to know several of them. The manager was very informative and helpful on both of my visits. The staff also seemed to go out of their way, such as when I lost my keys, and other times. I found my keys in the field where I walked my dog... Very lucky.

I always keep the "do not disturb" sign on my door, and housekeeping didn't bother me once, as I've read that they have in a couple of reviews.

Everything is clean and in good repair, which makes sense because it's new. The room has some quirks, such as the lamp with no bulb or switch, and switches that do nothing, but everything that needed to work worked. It was 100% functional and comfortable.

There were several days that were over 100°, and high humidity. The AC struggled but managed to keep it at about 70°-72°. I was able to set it lower. It didn't seem locked, as I've read in another review.

It's well decorated and looks gorgeous.

The walls were thick enough that I didn't hear my neighbors, or people above me, but I could hear the freeway a few times through the windows. Fortunately, I like a little background noise, but I can see how it could bother some people.

They were very pet friendly, and my dog loved it here, and the staff loved my dog. Sometimes, they'd offer him pup cups at the Starbucks.

There was no free breakfast, but the food was great, and the price was surprisingly reasonable for what it was. Honestly, I didn't mind having a little better quality after all the soggy sossages and powdered eggs. Also, it gave me something to use my vouchers on.

We had golf ball sized hail during my first stay. Never was I more happy to have a parking garage. Many people had major damage to their cars in the area.

The one thing I don't like is the Starbuck, but that's standard for many Marriots. I'd rather get gas station coffee. Fortunately, they still had the rainforest blend for the coffee makers in the rooms, which I do enjoy, and I'd steal some creamer and sweetener for it at the Starbucks. At least they had pup cubs.

Thanks, everyone, for my stays. It's easily among the top 10% of Marriots that I've stayed at.

No complimentary breakfast and you have to pay for parking. And if paying for parking wasn't bad enough, you can't charge your parking bill to your room; you must pay for it with a third party app. Not to mention the infestation of these bugs in the room.
