This is a great hotel for down town reunion location. Its close to everything great lobby, nice rooftop bar. The front desk staff was very nice to us. They are an excellent example to the Marriott Brand and a credit to their managers and trainiers. My room was clean and modern, nothing really crazy, but very clean and functional. I don't think you can go wrong here. I will return.

Lemar was helpful and insightful make our checkin easier easier very convenient Lemar is a very nice person and I will recommend everyone to make sure they park their car with Lemar. The courtyard is a very clean area. The staff was very helpful. I was asking for the charging for a vehicle they were able to tell us where to go. The room is very nice. Everyone’s was amazing. Everything was perfect. This is amazing thank you bye.

Aaron was fabulous! I was impressed with the valet service! My car was returned lickety split! He was friendly and helpful. Loved the service!!!! I highly recommend the Courtyard Marriott as a great hotel to stay at when visiting downtown Dallas. Their attention to detail is amazing and they hire terrific staff!

I booked a room at a hotel near Reunion Tower for the New Year's Eve fireworks display in 2025. While the hotel boasts a rooftop bar, only a limited number of rooms offer a clear view of the tower. Parking was inconvenient, with limited options and a significant valet fee. Despite requesting a room with a view, I was unable to secure one. To add to the disappointment, the rooftop bar was closed for a private event, forcing us to watch the fireworks from the street. Furthermore, the advertised free breakfast was unavailable on New Year's Day. Considering the high price of over $300 per night, the overall experience fell short of expectations

First off please be aware and understand that parking is $45/night. Also, my room had MOLD in it around the entire perimeter of the ceiling! We stayed from Saturday - Monday I didn’t notice it until Monday morning as we were leaving. I told the manager about it, he said he would call me and let me know what he can come up with when he goes and visits the room (Brian) Well here we are almost a half day later and he has yet to call me back and come up with a solution!! His level of care and empathy was non existent, but what do you really expect from a 3 star hotel? I’m so very glad I took photos in the event that I have to take matters further! Please book this hotel at your own discretion!!

Aaron is super friendly and helpful. He is super fast at getting our car. Definitely recommend Aaron for parking! He is the best! You will not be disappointed! He’s a super cool guy. Quick and easy service while at the parking garage. Check him out!

The individuals at this location are without a question all about customer support. The experience here in this hotel is top-notch. The staff is absolutely incredible to work with. Lamar was awesome & made our experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend booking your hotel room at The Cortyard by Marriott simply due to the fact that the valet staff is amazing and you can fully trust them to take care of your vehicle. Thanks guys!
