Kindly greeted at the front desk each time, very helpful staff. Clean rooms, low key atmosphere and the location is right where we wanted to be to spend our weekend. A little disappointed that there wasn't even a small option for free breakfast (maybe bagels, yogurt, fruit) not even coffee sitting out. Something small without having to pay at the bistro would have really been great. But overall a good, clean, quiet experience.

Room was nice. Employees are friendly. Location is great. Free parking. It's next to a movie theater and plenty of restaurants. We stayed in a mountain view room and had a great view of USAFA's stadium. I'm giving it four stars because I wish there were more dining options in the actual hotel and we found some strands of hair on the table.

The hotel is super clean. The staff is friendly. The mountain view is great. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it lacks the amenities that we usually get with elite status. There is no comp breakfast or water bottles. Cleaning is every other day. . Having said that, we would stay there again.

Nice clean hotel. Parking is free. No complimentary breakfast. Still good value for the price. Only complaint is the motion sensor on the thermostat. Makes it hard to sleep when I have to get up every two hours to take a lap around the room to activate the temp control.

This was a really really nice brand new hotel. I was so happy to have a new bathroom! It even had that lovely new smell. Really pretty decor and great staff. So close to every food and shop you could want.

Coconut Days

I'm sitting here at 9:15pm, I don't want to take a shower because it's really cold. The heater will never be warmer than 78F, the worst of the worst is, when it is about to get warm then it keeps blowing cool air (at 9:15pm still doing this) to keep temperature at 78F. Even I turn it completely off, it's still blowing the cool air. Had a guy come to look, nothing changed. I'm regret booking 2 nights. It's the slowest 2 days in my life. I can't wait to leave tomorrow morning.

The location is okay because Starbucks is very close. That's it. They even have one in hotel too.

Room is new and clean, that is the only good thing but being unable to control the heater is the deal breaker. I absolutely will not be back. They offered to change new room but I don't think it'll be anything different. It's just the whole system setting up.

I even leave the heater on and went outside hoping I will be back in a warm cozy room. Nope, room was 71F, it will never get warm because the cold air will not stop from coming out. I have never seen a place this bad.

This hotel is really clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is really kind! Though the area is really busy, the parking lot and immediate area is fairly quiet. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, but sadly many are chains. But! Since the hotel is right next to the highway and other major thoroughfares, going to local CS eateries can be done in 15 - 20 mins. Having the movies right next door also adds a nice, walkable thing to do if you have down time.

We booked a block of rooms for a wedding party and we had a great experience at this hotel. Alexis at the front desk really took care of us and helped us out a bunch. Clean, new hotel at a great location. Will be staying here again.
