We had a great stay at the Omni Shoreham Hotel! The staff was wonderful, especially David, the concierge, who was incredibly helpful and kind to our daughter. His hospitality really made a difference in our experience.

The room was clean but a bit outdated—there’s no main light switch, so you have to turn the lamps on and off individually, which was a little inconvenient. That said, it was still a comfortable stay overall.

If you're looking for a more affordable breakfast option, check out Open City just two minutes away. Great food and a nice atmosphere!

Had a great time at this hotel. I was here all week and ALL the staff were wonderful. From the morning folks in the coffee shop, to the valet folks who let me grab my key a few times to load and unload a few things throughout the week, to the bartenders in the bar at night (Mary was great). Customer service is top notch here.

Had an amazing 5-night stay at the Omni Shoreham Hotel! The historic charm and antique vibes made it feel truly unique. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel also has many event spaces perfect for hosting large gatherings or meetings. It’s a perfect blend of history and modern comfort. Highly recommend this gem in Washington, DC!

Great price, location, & room. Huge rooms (#117) with safe, fridge, iron and typical 4 star amenities. Amazingly long (6ft) and very deep bathtub, perfect for an Epsom soak. Minor issue, the bathroom is tight, which could easily be improved by having door swing out. I had a discounted room with understandably no view;
notwithstanding, the property is very nice; albeit, with perhaps some faded glory as the hallway & room carpets need updating. Very very convenient Metro Red Line location. Price ($250) was more than half of other 4 star DC hotels. I would stay here again.

We stayed here for a conference. Our room was spacious and clean. Extremely old but clean and the bathrooms have been updated. Our bathroom didn’t have any heat which made it super cold. But they had ceiling light heaters which worked well. The shower had great water pressure and was clean. Housekeeping was great! They turned our room each day and it was so nice coming in after working all day to a clean room. The lounge in the lobby had great food and good drink selections. The Bellman, Simon was super helpful and accommodating as we had a lot of cases for work and he took great care of us. The conference rooms are spacious. Their wiring and network connections are a bit of a mess but their staff worked hard to get us on line and our show was a success. This place is famous for being haunted. I didn’t know that until I witnessed a bit of haunting in the Palladian Conference room. I was in there alone working and my camera started focusing on its own and my monitor caught what it was trying to focus on. Holy Ghost hunt! That was a first for me. My husband wanted to debunk it as he’s a nonbeliever but I told him to give me this one. I highly recommend this hotel. It was a good location and was priced perfectly.

Excellent hotel for kids. We really appreciated the kids craft room and excellent stock of art supplies. These bought us a lot of happy hours both at the in hotel restaurant, and at the neighborhood restaurants. The pool is great, and very safe for kids. When we asked for extra sheets or towels they were brought to our room promptly. The location is walking distance to the zoo, and to a few great eateries. Will highly recommend this hotel to those travelling with kids.

From the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted with a smile.||The room was spotless and well-appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with a mattress that provided just the right balance of support.||||The attention to detail was impressive, from the quality linens to the quiet and peaceful ambiance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and customer-focused experience. I will return.

The hotel is huge with an old but well-maintained structure. The staff was very nice and friendly, making our 7-night stay enjoyable. The location is great, with plenty of good food options nearby and a CVS for convenience. Overall, a good experience!
