I stayed her last week for only a day. If I would have known that it was so nice, I would have extended my stay when booking. The staff was so nice and professional. The parking deck is very tight so if you have an SUV it wouldn’t be ideal. Parking is $47/day. They do have a restaurant and serve the best lemon water. The only hotel that I will stay now when in town. Hopefully I can get the same room.. see you all in three weeks.

Positive: I enjoy the fast shuttle service and now they have a microwave on each floor. Microwave and refrigerators are one of the main amenities I need. Negative: I use Court Yard every month and the only problem I have is my damage deposit not being returned. I am up $2K dollars damage deposits between Court Yard, Springhill Suites Fairfield Inn and Residence Inn. I always leave my room better than I found it!

As Courtyard's go, it's not particularly fancy or elegant, but rooms are a decent size, it's clean and well maintained and it's close to restaurants, shopping and DCA, which was most important. Although we live in suburban Maryland, we stayed overnight and parked our car for the duration of our trip and used the hotel shuttle since we had a very early 6AM flight. My only real complaint was that the water in the sink in our room flowed at a trickle, but the shower had good water pressure. Otherwise, it was a good stay and everything worked like a charm. Also, kudos to Matthew at the front desk who was a great ambassador when we checked in to the hotel.

Marriot was wonderful. We were able to check in early since our train arrived really early. It was great. Front desk associates were so sweet. The shuttle is very convenient. Take it to airport to pick up the Metro Rail to do everything DC. Note 1: this is a Pepsi hotel. No Coke products if that matters. Plan ahead. Note 2: Happy hour at the Lobby Bistro is only M-F. I could find no notice of it but might have missed it. Bartender was very nice m guy. Bistro food is okay but if I had a car I would go elsewhere. Ladies running breakfast both days were blah. Not very helpful.Can’t go off menu. If in DC again I would definitely stay here again.

The room was basic but clean, well kept and well maintained which is all I was looking for. The bed was very comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk seemed annoyed being at work, his demeanor was rude. I stayed there 1/18/25, m check in time was around 8pm

Positive: I loved how clean it was and the amazing fragrance throughout the halls. The beds were extremely soft and comfortable!! I really enjoyed my stay! Negative: I would have loved free breakfast.

I’m a loyal Marriott member. Very nice hotel conveniently located close to Reagan International. Free airport shuttle. Great restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

They gave me a corner room which I really liked, and every time I stopped by the desk they were helpful with my questions. The coffee in the room is pretty good, and the maids were polite and cheerful. It's a very good location for restaurants and the subway if it's not too cold. I'll be back!
