Wouldn’t stay here again. We arrived and our first room was humid and damp. We realized that the carpet and all of the furniture were wet and with a newborn, we requested a new room. The room request went smoothly and the staff was nice. Our next room was nice but was not very clean. One of the towels was covered in black hair and another, you could tell, had never been washed and smelled weird. There were also cigarette butts on the floor of the room. One of the dirtiest Courtyard’s I’ve been to. The hotel is in a nice and new area of Mobile though!

The gentleman that checked us in was helpful. The room was not clean at 3:30 pm which was strange because there were only a handful of rooms full the night we stayed. The room appeared clean enough but obviously the drawers weren’t checked as there as a used condom in the drawer below the coffee pot - gross!!! In the suite we stayed in there was only one garage under the desk - none in the bathroom or bedroom. Bed was adequate at best - definitely time for a mattress replacement!

I just checked out of my room here this morning, and here is my quick review... I had a good stay, it was a good location and the service was also good. The elevator however (elevator number one specifically), smelled like body odor but did operate without issues. Being from out of town, it is obvious that the area this lodging establishment is located in is lower income but at no point did I feel unsafe. I do recommend this hotel, not only for the price but the quality as well.

Not bad for a work week hotel and decent for the money. Hot water didn’t work, and really seemed the hotel needs a little attention. Bartender was friendly, and made a good drink.

Left an item downstairs went to retrieve it and it had already been stolen.Several cameras I. The location and once the manager was called she said that’s why she tells customers to keep their items close.Will never recommend or stay here again.Never before felt so unsafe or unsatisfactory as a Marriot customer.

This hotel has been recently remodeled compared to the older pictures. The rooms were simple and modern. Spacious with a couch for lounging as well. We were looking for a room last minute due to coming to see family and Julia was a massive help. She was welcoming, nice, and even checked our room to make sure it was clean before she gave it to us (we were taking the last room during a peak weekend and we had no idea of the events that weekend). Great location and would stay again. Thank you Julia.

Rooms had stained carpet broken toilet the hotel it self smell like mold and wet wood floor staff was very friendly but will not be staying there again i travel for work and use only Marriott this year alone I'm at 100 nights and never really had any issues this is the first

The complete staff at this location were incredible. Always a daily warm welcome and insuring your comfort. I had a delay in my taxi to the airport , the front desk staff and management went above and beyond to ensure I would have transportation to the airport. The hospitality displayed was heart warming.
