First time here and definitely my last. I wanted to try and like this place, and what drew me was a juice bar instead of typical soda. I came at 9:15 and they already dismantled the juice machines and refused to remedy it by grabbing juice from the back or something. Really? That’s how you treat people? Refuse them a refreshing drink 45 minutes before you close? The lack of service and arrogant rudeness behind it left a bad taste…won’t be back.

First time at this Cafe Zupas! I ordered the Nuts About Berries salad. It was very good! It came with a fresh roll and a delicious chocolate covered strawberry, which is quite a treat. Very enjoyable lunch!

I ordered a half size Glazed chipotle salad for $10.29 and paid $2.50 for extra chicken, so $13/14 with tax. Yes, I ordered the half size but considering that was still $10, I assumed I was getting the size that comes at most other places, not this glorified side salad. And about that extra chicken? There's maybe 2oz of chicken on here. Makes me wonder how much you get with a single order. Taste is fine but I wouldn't say it's better than Salad And Go at double the price. Normally, a half size salad is more than enough food but this will leave you needing to get something more to eat. Maybe other things are good but this NOT a go-to for salads.

The staff and food is always great here! Today for me specifically Hailey and Camden did such a great job making me feel welcome and were so incredibly nice! This will continue to be my favorite zupas location because of people like them!!

I don't usually like salad but they make it enjoyable. Sandwiches and soups are solid too. Strawberry is great touch. Lemonades are outstanding!

Wow! What the heck happened to Cafe Zupas? They used to have such high quality food at an affordable price. Went there for lunch yesterday and was I surprised. The sandwiches used to be made with fresh ingredients and they were much larger. I ordered the Pesto Chicken sandwich this $9.00 sandwich was chopped up chicken pulled from a crock pot on a bun that was toasted. It was totally gross ? I also had the potato soup and that was really good so the lunch price was about $15 all said and done. They always give you a chocolate dipped strawberry that berry this time was the tiniest little strawberry I have ever seen. Like everyplace these days they want a tip… but there is not service, they even want you to bus your own table. So no tip! Anyway this is not the same place I am used to the food has gone down hill big time.

Really enjoyed my potato soup as they added fried chips to the top that made every spoonful crunchy. It was delicious. I had a half order which was filling as I wasn't super hungry. They added in a bread roll and chocolate dipped strawberry to round out my meal. The dining room was lively and semi full although I noticed tables turning over very quickly. They were very quick to bus the plates and clean tables for more customers to sit. Parking was busy in the shared lot out front as it was lunchtime. I will definitely come back to try the scrumptious looking desserts!

Worker misheard other coworker thinking we ordered 2 sandwiches but we only ordered one. Worker never repeated order and we never said we ordered 2. Then proceeded to call my fiancé a liar saying she ordered 2 sandwiches instead of 1. Manager took over and gave us a partial refund(only for the sandwich we didn't order) and let us keep the extra food. Manager said "he's new" and the rude worker never apologized and walked off. I didn't know being new was an excuse to be a moron and a jerk. Worker gave me crazy eyes and froze up. when I questioned him and he was shaking like a coward. I hope that when a coworker messes up again he doesn't call a customer a liar. Manager was okay I guess. Would never come here again.
