Hotel doskonale usytuowany blisko wielu atrakcji turystycznych, przy stacji metra. Pokoje bardzo dobrze wyposażone, wygodne i bardzo czyste. Obsługa rewelacyjna, bardzo zaangażowana i miła. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Hotel godny polecenia!

Straszny hotel sorry,to czasem za mało

A true luxury experience. The Conrad staff members greeted us with a smile on their faces and great politeness. The checking in process was very smooth for both of our rooms. They were very considerate of the family request and provided us with joining rooms for our stay. The food at the Blue Boar pub was exquisite and the breakfast in the PEM restaurant area was very luxury. The breakfast staff were welcoming and very friendly. They took care of our dietary needs carefully and with great respect and courtesy.

I think this was a wonderful hotel. Its located in the Westminster area of the city which is close (walking distance) to shopping, night life, and attractions. However, the best part is that even though you are close to all of those areas, the hotel is located in a very quiet part of town and nestled between many government buildings. Metro access is across the street, and taxi service is abundant. The hotel is great, rooms (king suite) were nicely furnished, modern, and comfortable. Service was amazing and the executive lounge was a nice touch for morning breakfast, and pre-evening snacks/cocktails! Have fun.

We stayed for 7 nights celebrating our Ruby wedding anniversary all though we had a couple of small we say hiccups the staff sorted the issues promptly professionally and above all without question. The executive lounge served a light afternoon tea the staff were helpful I don’t eat certain foods and so on the 2 occasions we used the lounge in the afternoon they arranged a suitable alternative the evening canapés and alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages for a period of two hours are available we will be returning to this hotel possibly March 25.

Wow! Amazing experience at the Conrad. Our rooms were ready a little later than expected, but Scarlett handled everything so well and was extremely helpful. All of the staff here is very friendly and kind. The breakfast is amazing. The housekeeping staff was so on top of keeping our room clean and comfortable. Loved this hotel!

We had such an amazing stay at the Conrad London St. James over the Christmas holiday. The staff was such a delight and went above and beyond during our time there. Thank you especially to Maria, Tejas, Alejandro, Valentina, & John (at the bar) for ensuring we had such a memorable vacation and birthday. The property is beautiful and also walking distance to most attractions-and directly across from the Underground (train). I cannot wait to return!

Very comfortable bed, great bathroom (shower and bathtub!), awesome breakfast. But, the Blue Boar pub is not great. Cross the street instead and enjoy the real pub experience at Fuller's Kichen. Avoid the last floor because you can't open the window. So, it is not healthy. And avoid ordering a taxi since this hotel is totally helpless in the matter. We arrived late at a musical. Because no taxis on a saturday night. A disaster.
