Świetny historyczny budynek z duszą. Bardzo miła obsługa. Pokoje wymagają już odświeżenia i przede wszystkim w nocy przebija światło bo zasłony są źle dopasowane. Ogólne wrażenie bardzo dobre.

From the moment we checked into the hotel we were beyond impressed. Staff met us outside and were starting to grab our bags for us before we could even get out of the car. ||The room was comfortable, not to small for a family of four. The amenities in the room were also just perfect. The restaurant and the bar had great service and great food, I wish we would have eat breakfast there more often but we were just to busy everyday. ||Besides great service, the hotel is an an absolutely perfect location. We were able to walk to every major attraction we needed to and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. When we couldn’t walk somewhere a taxi was always around or staff was more than willing to help us get one. We would definitely choose this lovely hotel on a return trip and would recommend it to everyone.

We had a fantastic experience at St. Ermin’s from check in to check out. The whole staff was friendly and helpful, and happy to answer any questions we had about the area. The room was a bit tight, but it was spotless and had the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The breakfast featured almost anything you can think of, and the variety of fresh fruit and pastries were above and beyond any other hotel breakfast I’ve had. The water filling stations in the hallway and the free wine at happy hour were wonderful extras. Of course the location can’t be beat! We highly recommend this hotel!

The front desk team was incredibly attentive, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The restaurant staff were equally friendly, making dining a delightful experience with their attentive service and genuine smiles.

It's clear that the staff take immense pride in their work, and it shows in their professionalism and hospitality. Whether it was a friendly greeting in the hallways or prompt assistance with any request, their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident.

I can’t recommend St. Ermin’s Hotel enough for anyone looking for a memorable stay in London. The combination of a beautiful property and such wonderful staff creates an experience that’s truly second to none.

Another great stay at this amazing hotel located in walking distance to London’s most iconic tourist hot spots. The hotel is immaculate, the staff are dedicated professionals looking to please all guests. Rooms are clean, food is excellent and staff recommendations were super helpful.

We had the afternoon tea here on 22nd December 2024 and it was spectacular. Each delicacy, from the sandwiches to the pastries to the scones was just perfect and delicious. The architecture and aesthetics of the room and hotel itself is simply stunning. The staff who were looking after us were also lovely and attentive

The hotel is amazing! Room we had was very clean and perfect for 4. The staff went above and beyond at every aspect of service. The front desk, bellmen, concierge, restaurant and bar staff were all fantastic. We will stay here anytime we ever come to London and will recommend to anyone we know that is visiting as well.

We recently visited St. Ermin's for the 6th time and it confirmed for us, once again, that we will never stay anywhere else when we visit London. Not only is it centrally located to everything you want, the history and character of the property is palpable from the moment you arrive. The rooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable. And to top it all, on this visit a delightful team member (Roberta V.) went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be. We will go back time and time again.
