We had a wonderful 2 night weekend here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was included and was really good, eggs, sausage/bacon, oatmeal, potatoes, breads, etc.. The staff were very friendly. The front desk gets super busy at times. Spent 20+ min on hold at one point, eventually hung up.

Buena ubicación, limpio; las habitaciones lucen bien al llegar, pero sin jabón de tocador, sin agua, papel ni toallas suficientes, llegamos ya muy tarde al hotel, salimos al otro día muy temprano para visitar centros de atracción en LA. Regresamos casi a media noche y no se realizó el servicio a la habitación, seguiamos como al principio, sin jabón de tocador, sin agua, papel ni toallas suficientes y además con un hormiguero que salía de dónde se encienden las luces en el baño... Recorrían todo el lavabo y descendían hacia los botes de basura...
Cabe reconocer la amabilidad y el buen servicio de las personas a cargo del restaurante en el hotel, súper atentos, amables, bilingües y agradables.

Extremely friendly staff, fantastic room, comfortable clean room, food from Bistro restaurant is delicious, reasonably priced and good quantity. Pool and hot tub are decent. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, good central location with walking distance to a Target, a BevMo liquor store, and a slew of restaurants. Also a quick drive to Universal Studios which was the purpose of the trip. Friendly helpful staff, decent pool area, but the hotel bar/restaurant prices are outrageous unfortunately.

Clean room w/ fridge, microwave and coffee maker, and a pull-out single bed from a sofa/chair for my daughter. Decent view of the mountains and palm trees from the window, would recommend.

Close to Burbank airport and universal studios Hollywood. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean and large. Gym and swimming pool is a plus.

It's not perfectly quiet though. I was so tired walking in Universal so I fell asleep fast anyway. The price was very cheap and I think it is a great value.

The hotel and rooms were clean. The air conditioner was awful for all the rooms (we had friends staying in the same hotel with a similar experience). The room was pretty hot, and it seemed unable to be cooled. And during the night, it would randomly turn on and off, either leaving the room hour or freezing. The hotel is adjacent to a shopping center with several food choices, which was nice. Overall, it was ok.

I traveled to Burbank on business and saw a bed bug on my pillow. I took pictures of the bed bug and reported it to the front desk. The manager, Manny, looked at the pictures and instead of apologizing profusely and accommodating me as an elite Marriott guest member, he had the audacity to become combative with me saying “oh this doesn’t look like one of our pillows”. Remind you, it’s 2024 and iPhone pictures are time stamped with the date and location of where the picture was taken. I went on to explain to him how he had just offended me, he then says “no I didn’t offend you”. So I had to explain that offense is a feeling and that you cannot tell me that I do not feel offended by you basically telling me I’m lying.

The general manager Colleen was nicer about the situation. But neither of them offered anything for such a disgusting inconvenience. I had to leave my room 4 hours before my flight left because I was so uncomfortable. I didn’t ask for any compensation which should tell you how serious I am about the matter and wanting to advise the hotel so that it could be rectified for the safety and sanity of future guests.

He went to my room and looked around, came back to the front and told me that he didn’t see anything. So I told him that I can show him where I saw it. As soon as we get to my room, housekeeping is already attempting to clean the room, at 8am when I technically haven't checked out yet. So now the pillows are thrown on the floor and the bug can not be found. Suspicious right?!

This is a pet friendly newly renovated hotel. I am now curious as to why they renovated in the first place.

I advised my corporation with photos and we will be taking our business away from this hotel. Now you will lose thousands of dollars per stay in revenue simply because you have horrible customer service, offended a guest, called her a liar, and have bed bugs. I’m almost certain that this is not the first bed bug incident. Manny should not be a manager. Now I’m wondering if he didn’t believe me because I’m African American and he’s of Asian decent. I’m disgusted, flabbergasted and appalled at the way that I was treated during my stay. I would give negative stars if I could.
